No campervans, trailers, or long vehicles past the tractor shed. Lower road is mostly dry. Chains need to be fitted from the tractor shed for all vehicles. It is icy from the tractor shed to the Hanomag carpark.

We had a great opening day on Sunday! Powder was skied, rocks were hit, and people got good at riding the tussock. We will be open today (Monday) with some fresh snow still left to ride. Please go to our website to book your accomodation. Please note the skiing and tow riding is for expert tow riders only. No beginners. Bring your rock skis, you will hit stuff. Although the skiing is nice off of the ridge, it is very thin getting through the tussock to Palmer. The only tows running will be the Main Tow and the Ridge Tow. There is not enough snow to run the Rugby, Access, or Baby Tow. There is no beginner terrain or tows available. The tram and ticket office will be open 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:30 to 5:30 PM. Beer and pizza available for purchase at Palmer Lodge. With the Access Tow closed, access to Palmer Lodge and the Main Tow is by foot from the top of the tram.
